can i change your mind?

Racey days
Help me through the hopeless haze
But my oh my
Tragic eyes
I can't even recognise myself behind
So if the answer is no
Can I change your mind

Out again, a siren screams at half past ten
And you won't let go
While I ignore, that we both felt like this
Before it starts to show
So if I had a chance
Would you let me know

Why aren't you shaking
Step back in time
Graciously taking
Oh youre too kind

And if the answer is no
Can I change your mind

We're all the same
And love is blind
The sun is gone
Before it shines

And I said if the answer is no
Can I change your mind

whats wrong with no 4?

2-3a-10. no 2 means the block and no3 means the floor that i am staying at.no 10 is where my apartment is.3a is the level in between level 5 and level 3-that is level 4.so basically my address should be written as 2-4-10 which obviously easier for us to write, type or even saying it.i wonder why they like to make things difficult just because of something they believed would bring bad lucks.but yg peliknya, there is one block(which is two blocks away from mine) known as block 4.erm,those living there must be badly damned i guessed!kesian.
